Warranty and Returns
30-Day Customer-First Guarantee!

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase. Each branded product carries its specific manufacturer’s warranty. All OEM products carry a one-year repair or replacement warranty. Except DVRs sold without a hard drive; these have a 60-day warranty.

If you’re not satisfied with a product, please call us for return authorization (“RA”) instructions. We will refund your order (purchase price minus shipping costs) if the product is returned unused in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Security Cameras Direct cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors. Shipping and Delivery

For USA
Security and Spy Cameras is committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 4:00pm CST will be shipped same day on all in-stock products, unless you would like the order to ship complete. With our multiple warehouse locations, we can even ship your order with a delivery time of only 1-2 days at ground charges (depending on warehouse availability).

Outside USA.
We use UPS for shipping. The time of delivery for most places outside of the US is 3 to 5 business days.
